  1. Goods shipped outside the USA may be subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT ) or a Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the destination country. Any such tax is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Orders for in-stock items received by 12:30 PM Eastern USA time Monday-Friday usually ship the same day. An email notification with shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide with your order.

  4. Because York River Jewelry ships from Virginia, the appropriate sales tax must be collected on all orders shipped to addresses in Virginia.
  5. For your protection and ours, credit card orders are shipped only to the credit card billing address or alternate address on file at the time of the purchase. You must add alternative delivery addresses by contacting the credit card issuing bank. PayPal orders are shipped only to addresses associated with the PayPal account.

  7. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you must inform us via email at so we may make contact with the carrier and make an insurance claim. Most insurance claims are resolved within 14 days of the date the claim is opened.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Shipping Addresses.

Please be sure to provide the correct and complete mailing address for your order. Include the full street name, apartment number, and zip code. If the mailing address is incorrect or incomplete your order will be either delayed or returned to CAAS Collectibles. If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with reshipment. York River Jewelry’s policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser within three business days to resolve delivery problems or if delivery was refused. After three business days, such items will be regarded as returned and eligible for a refund subject to the conditions mentioned in our return policy.
